The Postal Reporter News Blog has reported that another voluntary early retirement offer is on the way for selected employees in selected areas. The alleged offer includes mail handlers. We have been unable to confirm the validity of the offer and the Postal Reporter News Blog seems to have the exclusive insider information on this offer. Please note that the same blog had reported this earlier and then retracted it.
