The USPS has introduced 'PRE-Fundamentals of Attendance Control (PRE-FACT) (Course # 10021514)' with the stated objective of helping supervisors manage the leave program. This course is in addition to the stacks of manuals that already cover this subject in the F-21 Handbook, F-22 Handbook, Postal Source Data System Time and Attendance.
