"The U.S. Postal Service will be required to evaluate its consolidation of Huntsville’s processing and distribution center through a bill that passed the U.S. House, U.S. Rep. Dale Strong, R-Monrovia, said Thursday. ...Strong, a member of the House Appropriations Committee, said the move has disrupted mail service across North Alabama.
