This memorandum is to inform all Local Unions of an error contained in the ratification materials relating to the tentative agreement to govern the terms of the 2019 National Agreement. In particular, those ratification materials incorrectly state that the MHA Level 4 wage rate will be $17.36 per hour effective in November 2021, the third year of the agreement, when that revised rate should be listed as $17.32.
