  CAD Issues Memorandum to Address Veteran's Day Schedule Inquiries

Veterans' Day is celebrated on Nov. 11th-- in 2017, the holiday falls on a Saturday. In view of the confusion caused by this anomaly, the Contract Administration Department issued a memorandum intended to clarify the holiday schedule for Mail Handlers.
