The course reportedly educates supervisors on how to make sure employees provide appropriate documentation, as well as appropriately approving or disapproving earned leave. This course is allegedly used to help supervisors with attendance control. This course is in addition to the stacks of manuals that already cover this subject in the F-21 Handbook, F-22 Handbook, Postal Source Data System Time and Attendance.
